Security and Authentication: We do not collect, store, or use passwords. Our authentication uses a passwordless login system using "Magic Links," meaning you never create a password. Our service is invite-only, so only invited users can log in.
Application Data: As part of our services, we moderate data from Topics and Replies from your Gainsight Customer Communities website. This is necessary for the functionality of our service; no data is stored once processed.
Cookies and Usage Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain (location, device, page views) information to enhance and analyze our service.

Gainsight: We are a third-party partner of Gainsight, and ModerateKit is an integration for Gainsight Customer Communities.

OpenAI: We use OpenAI for some of our backend processes, and none of our data is used for training purposes.
Heroku: We use Heroku to deploy parts of our code.
Vercel: We use Vercel to deploy and run our website.
